What we use. Business contact details of people at companies named in public OSHA inspection records: name, work email, job title, company, and the inspection details.

Where it comes from. OSHA's public enforcement data, the company's own website and public business registries.

Why. To tell the company about our service, which is our legitimate business interest. For customers, to deliver what they bought.

Who else handles it. The services we use for email, payments and hosting, in the United States. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.

How long we keep it. We delete the details of people who did not buy within 12 months of our last email, except a short do-not-contact note so we never write again. Customer records: as long as tax law requires.

Visits to your page. When you open the page we made for your company, we count the visit to know if our email reached you. We use no cookies and we do not store your IP address.

Your form answers. The names and roles you give us in the 5-minute form are deleted 90 days after we deliver your kit. We keep only the order record (date, amount, inspection number and your email), as tax law requires.

Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, and you can object at any time: reply "no" to any email, or write to [email protected].
